Phoenix Children's Hospital Event and New Series
About five years ago, my neighbors Brian and Brittany welcomed their first child — a sweet little boy who stole everyone’s heart, including mine. A few years later, I painted a portrait of him, which I titled What A Sweetpea!
That painting inspired an idea to reach out to Phoenix Children’s Hospital to inquire about helping a few children and their families. Sweetpea’s mom, a pediatrician who trained at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, was able to make an introduction.
I’m delighted to announce a new series of six lunch box paintings, as well as an event with Phoenix Children’s.
Limited-edition signed and numbered prints of each painting will be available as well. Fifty percent of the retail value of each painting and the prints will be donated to Phoenix Children’s.
Packed With Love I (oil on canvas, 40.5 x 62 inches) is available now, as well as ten prints (24.5 x 36 inches).
Phoenix Children’s and I will be hosting an event at my home studio on February 5. If you’d like to attend, please save the date. I’ll share more details in an upcoming e-newsletter, and all painting and event updates will be posted on my website.
